Semi-automatic Screen Printing Machine

用途：本机适用于平板玻璃材料适用于硬质材料印刷，手动入料，自动出料，定位精准，印刷质量稳定，印刷*。
Usage: Suit for flat Glass and any hard and flat material. Manual material loads. Automatic material unloads. Be of Precise Contraposition and Stable Printing, High Efficiency.

垂直升降以涡轮变速全电动上下传动，平稳*，排除气动上下的振动影响，左右印刷采用日制线性导轨变频同步调整速度，辅以光电开关控制定位，速度快、定位精准、节省气压消耗量。
To avoid vibration by pneumatic operation, it is used variable speed by turbo for vertical lift and drop which make machine more stable and durable. Adopted Linear Sliding Rail with frequency conversion for synchronized adjustment to speed and associated with photoelectric switch for contraposition, right-to-left printing is more speedy and precise, even more, and save more press consumption.

网框采用线性滑轨调节固定，使操作者不用任何工具，轻便调节网框大小。
Screen frame size adjustment is easier by applying Linear Sliding Rail.

具备安全设计，错误操作动作行程无法启动，红色紧急停止压板，自动上升归位运作，确保操作者的人身安全，减少废品率。
Safety design, for instant, included unable start after mal-operation and Automatic reposition of printing part, ensures operator safety and reduces defective rate.

气压式离版装置，使抬版的速度、高度可调节。
Pneumatic operation device to screen frame makes speed and height of screen lifting adjustable.

High automatic program control with PLC made in Japan is revisable according to customer’s demand.
