红外线红干炉 Infrared Dryer
红外线烘干机为全自动玻璃印刷生产线配套设备、主要用于玻璃印刷后的红外线烘干。本机由传输、加热、热风循环、强力风冷、排废等五部分组成，传动速度可调节，烘干温度可根据不同的印品分段设定。
Infrared Dryer, the auxiliary equipment to Auto glass printing machine, mainly applies in drying glasses after their printing by ultrared rays. It is composed by Conveyor part, Heating Part, Hot Air Cycling Part, Cooling Part and Exhausting Part. Its transmitting speed and temperature are adjustable according to request by client.
本机采用高压马达多翼式风扇运风喷射烘干结构，可使溶剂性自干油墨迅速脱离．干燥速度快，减少印品收缩．
Dryer adopts drying structure with high-pressure motor and multi-blade fan which generates jetting wind, which is able to make the solvent ink removed rapidly and reduce the printing contraction.
输送皮带采用特氟龙带输送，耐高温，寿命长，轻便稳定．
Conveyor belt is high-temperature resistance and long lifespan by using Teflon belt.
翻罩装置，采用气动，上下轻便，方便清洁，维修．
Pneumatic turning cover makes machine clean and maintenance more easy and convenient.
